Job Description

We are seeking an adept Amazon Marketplace Officer to oversee product research, listing expansion, and sales performance on various Amazon marketplaces.

The ideal candidate should possess a robust background in spotting lucrative products, assessing market demand, tracking competitors, and devising tactics to enhance sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough product research and market analysis.
  • Identify profitable products with low competition.
  • Analyze demand, pricing, keywords, reviews, competitors, and sales trends.
  • Prepare reports on product feasibility and profitability.
  • Optimize Amazon product listings.
  • Enhance product titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and images.
  • Track sales performance, conversion rates, rankings, and inventory.
  • Formulate strategies to boost revenue, profitability, and organic ranking.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, designers, logistics teams, and account managers.
  • Assist in product launches, promotions, advertising, and competitor monitoring.
  • Monitor account health and ensure adherence to Amazon policies.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
  • Solid background in Amazon product research and sales escalation.
  • Familiarity with Amazon UK, EU, USA, or Canada marketplaces.
  • Proficiency in tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, or similar platforms.
  • Proficient in keyword research, listing optimization, PPC, FBA, pricing, and inventory management.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and reporting capabilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously and achieve performance objectives.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in launching private-label products.
  • Knowledge of Amazon PPC and promotional tactics.
  • Experience in collaborating with suppliers and preparing profitability assessments.
  • Understanding of VAT, EPR, compliance, and global marketplaces.
