Position Overview

As an AI Research Scientist, you will drive applied and exploratory research projects in AI, create advanced machine learning models, and collaborate with diverse engineering teams to transition research concepts into production-ready solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced research in AI, machine learning, and deep learning.
• Design, develop, and assess innovative AI algorithms and predictive models.
• Construct, refine, and enhance Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI applications.
• Explore emerging technologies, and document technical discoveries as necessary.
• Develop scalable AI solutions utilizing contemporary ML frameworks and cloud services.
• Engage with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams across the AI development process.
• Create experiments, assess model performance, and enhance accuracy using statistical methods.
• Establish data pipelines for model training, validation, and deployment.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning, and responsible AI.
• Guide junior researchers and foster a culture of innovation and continual learning.

Required Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Mathematics, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in AI research or applied machine learning.
• Proficient in Python programming.
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, or similar deep learning frameworks.
• Thorough understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, deep learning, and statistical modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), transformer architectures, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or Generative AI.
• Experience deploying ML models in production settings.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and contemporary MLOps practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Published works in top AI or machine learning conferences/journals.
• Experience with reinforcement learning, computer vision, or natural language processing.
• Knowledge of AI governance, model evaluation, explainable AI, and responsible AI principles.
• Proficiency with distributed training and high-performance computing environments.
• Familiarity with vector databases, knowledge graphs, and AI agent architectures.
