We are seeking a dedicated and understanding individual to join our team at The Nelson Trust Women’s Centre in Swindon.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of women who are involved in the criminal justice system, facing multiple vulnerabilities, and having complex needs. Your duties will include conducting needs assessments, developing support plans, and implementing rehabilitative interventions to empower women to overcome obstacles and create positive transformations. Our approach is trauma-informed, focusing on individual support, outreach, and group interventions.

We are specifically looking for someone with excellent engagement skills when working with women and a proven ability to build strong partnerships with local specialist organizations.

This is a part-time position ideal for individuals passionate about supporting and empowering women utilizing a holistic, trauma-informed approach.

Due to the nature of our work at the Women's Centre, this position is open only to female applicants in accordance with the provisions of the occupational requirement (Equality Act 2010, pursuant to Schedule 9, Part 1).

The Nelson Trust prioritizes safeguarding, hence the successful candidate will need to undergo an enhanced Children & Adults DBS check.
