Weekend Operations Administrator - Part-Time Role

Role Overview:
- Handle client communications prior to installation, service, and decommission processes.
- Coordinate field engineer invitations to installation, service, and decommissioning tasks.
- Manage customer notifications about site activation and associated procedures.
- Collaborate with the monitoring station to ensure accurate site commissioning and decommissioning.
- Maintain precise data records within departmental systems.
- Manage stock allocation and returns accurately within the system.

Your Qualifications:
- Annual Salary of £10,200.
- Availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities for task prioritization.
- Demonstrated teamwork skills, both professionally and in extracurricular activities.
