Warehouse Operative (Picker) – Lates, Full Time

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Warehouse Operatives at our distribution center in Monkspath - Solihull, West Midlands.

This is a full-time, permanent position with evening shifts from 2pm to 10pm, to be worked any 5 days out of 7 (including at least one weekend day).

Compensation, Work Hours & Perks:

We offer an hourly pay rate of £13.60 (£11.31 for those under 21), with the possibility of overtime. In addition to competitive pay, you will enjoy:

Responsibilities:

• Precisely and efficiently pick stock onto pallets for shop delivery
• Maintain accurate records
• Perform general warehouse maintenance and cleaning
• Adhere to site health and safety guidelines

While most operatives start with order picking, there are potential opportunities to work in goods receiving and loading as well.

• Physical fitness to meet the demands of the role and achieve productivity targets
• A positive, hardworking attitude
• Previous warehouse or manual handling equipment experience is a bonus
