Opportunity Details


We are currently seeking a Visual Merchandiser to join our team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave. This full-time position entails 39 hours per week and is located at the H&M Sheffield Fargate store.

As a Visual Merchandiser, your primary role will be to cultivate an environment that encourages customers to explore their personal style. Your duties will include implementing the visual identity, adhering to established routines, enhancing sales strategies, and supporting the team in delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating a customer-centric experience by following visual presentation guidelines provided by H&M.

  • Support, train, and mentor the team on visual merchandising and commercial practices.

  • Uphold safety, security, and administrative protocols consistently.

  • Monitor store KPIs, develop strategies, and execute plans to meet business targets and budgets.

  • Prior experience in visual merchandising and management.
