Job Description


Role Overview


As a Video Review Specialist reporting to the Customer Success Supervisor, your main responsibility will be to ensure meticulous and confidential video reviews are conducted promptly, in line with client service agreements. You will also assist local law enforcement when necessary and offer additional services for off-hour incidents requiring video analysis. Through your reviews, you will recommend necessary actions to enhance service delivery and overall results.


Key Responsibilities

  • Promptly address customer video review requests
  • Conduct video reviews efficiently
  • Generate incident reports on the client portal
  • Communicate professionally with customers to determine timelines
  • Identify potential issues and report to Management
  • Suggest preventive actions and site improvements
  • Send relevant correspondences to clients
  • Support Police Investigations upon request
  • Provide customers with additional footage related to incidents
  • Report technical concerns to the relevant teams
  • Register new sites with Police and provide site permit numbers
  • Maintain Sharepoint and Video Storage systems
  • Adjust camera positions as required
