Job Description

We are currently seeking a Supervisor to join our team at The Downs School in Newbury. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of cleaners to maintain high cleaning standards within the educational facility, creating a safe and clean environment for students and staff.

This is a part-time position, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 3pm to 6pm, totaling 15 hours per week. The hourly rate for this role is £13.33.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising a team of cleaners
• Ensuring cleaning standards are met and maintained
• Providing training and support to the team
• Performing cleaning duties as needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a cleaning supervisory role
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• DBS Check
