Supervisor Operations

Are you ready to join a team of experts in science, art, and innovation of color and flavor? Sensient Technologies is seeking a Supervisor Operations to lead daily processing operations associated with color production of multiple product lines within the plant. In this role, you will manage production employees, oversee administrative tasks related to production activities, and drive improvements in various operational aspects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support production teams to meet daily production goals
• Ensure adherence to safety and operating procedures
• Coordinate maintenance activities
• Maintain plant housekeeping standards
• Enhance operation efficiency through process improvements
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to optimize cost and production efficiency

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years of supervisory experience
• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in chemical manufacturing
• Strong PC skills, JD Edwards experience preferred
• Lean manufacturing experience is a plus
• Key competencies: Execution/Results Driven, Develops Self & Others, Customer Focus, Collaboration, Entrepreneurial spirit
