The Position
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Office Administrators. As an integral part of our center team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and organized operation of the center. Responsibilities include assisting management, handling tasks such as photocopying, data collation, spreadsheet management, communication with staff, group leaders, suppliers, and students, as well as covering reception duties at the Elac office within the center. Office Administrators may also be assigned additional tasks based on center requirements.
Working Hours
Office Administrators are expected to work five days a week for 8 hours each day between 8:30 - 17:30, with a one-hour lunch break.

- Christ's Hospital School, Horsham: 2nd July to 13th August 2024
- Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester: 3rd July to 13th August 2024
- Prior Park, Bath: 8th July to 4th August 2024
- Berkhamsted College, Berkhamsted: 8th July to 18th August 2024
Contract Details
Contracts are typically 4 weeks long, with the possibility of extension for an additional 2 weeks in specific centers.

Compensation
Compensation is commensurate with age and experience in working with young learners, ranging from £350 to £460 per week. Not taking any holidays will result in a weekly pay between £322.32 and £515.52.
