JOB OPPORTUNITY

Join us as a Retail Assistant at our Metrotown location to contribute to delivering top-notch customer service and education.

• This role is part-time (18 hours per week).
• Availability required during mall operating hours and weekends.
• Hourly pay rate: $18.00-19.00.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome and assist customers professionally, embodying the ethos of Embrace Beauty Co.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products based on brand training.
• Maintain quality, customer service, and health and safety standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by educating customers on skincare and beauty products.
• Handle customer feedback and inquiries.
• Ensure store cleanliness and organization.
• Support merchandising concepts.
• Process product refunds and address customer concerns positively.

REQUIREMENTS

• Passion for beauty products and skincare.
• Ability to engage customers and offer product consultations.
• Strong multitasking skills with a focus on professional customer service.
• Team player with excellent time management and communication abilities.
