The Position

TOTEME seeks a highly organized and communicative Stock Supervisor to join our London retail team. As the Stock Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, following stock management procedures, and delivering exceptional customer service on the sales floor. This role will report to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, serving as a key liaison for TOTEME's Retail, Planning, and Supply Chain departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate incoming stock and ensure orderly storage.
  • Oversee inventory levels, maintain stock organization, and preserve product quality.
  • Manage outgoing stock shipments, handle internal store transfers, and process in-store e-commerce returns.
  • Conduct daily store operations efficiently.
  • Execute tasks both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Monitor and strive to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives.

Your Profile

  • Demonstrated experience in stock management within a reputable lifestyle brand.
  • Prior experience in fashion retail sales.

This position is offered as a full-time role or four days a week, based at TOTEME's London store with an immediate start.
