Job Description


Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a Stock Controller to provide crucial support in procurement, administration, and warehouse management under the guidance of the Logistics Manager. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the overall efficiency and organization of the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage warehouse operations
  • Implement barcode or QR code labeling for easy material identification and stock control
  • Suggest efficient storage systems for items based on ownership and site locations
  • Coordinate shipments between warehouses and technician sites
  • Conduct regular stock takes in all warehouses
  • Update inventory systems to maintain accurate stock records
  • Maintain stock levels as per client requirements and contractual obligations
  • Monitor stock levels and set low stock alerts in the inventory system
  • Track shipment details, update relevant platforms, and manage new orders
  • Obtain necessary information from the commercial team
  • Process purchase orders following company protocols
  • Use forklift for handling larger stock or deliveries when necessary
  • Deliver orders to sites to support the electrical team in resolving issues efficiently

Essential Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Enthusiastic, analytical, and solution-oriented with a positive and adaptable work approach
  • Capable of working under pressure, meeting deadlines, and taking initiative
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Valid clean driver's license
  • Forklift license (training can be provided if needed)
