The role involves developing and executing content and strategies for both our internal teams and healthcare clients. The ideal candidate should have a profound understanding of digital trends, healthcare regulations, and the ability to manage multiple projects across various platforms.

Operating in an entrepreneurial setting, you will be accountable for managing your workload, collaborating with the support team, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Devise and implement social media strategies in line with company objectives and client base.
  • Create compelling, high-quality content including posts, articles, and videos for various platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Respond professionally and promptly to client comments, messages, and inquiries.
  • Keep abreast of social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to optimize opportunities.
  • Track and evaluate the performance of social media campaigns to enhance engagement with the target audience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and senior management teams for process enhancement and best practices implementation.
  • Ensure clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams at all times.

Ideal Skill Sets and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or public relations.
  • Prior experience in Social Media Content Creation within the healthcare sector.

  • Startup or small business experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
