Service Coordinator – Rockfield House

Location: Liverpool, L6 4BB

Compensation: £25,964 to £32,764 per year (Based on Experience)

Working Hours: Full-time, 40 Hours per week

Employment Type: Permanent

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator to undertake various administrative tasks and project-related activities as needed. The ideal candidate must possess strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage reception duties and act as the primary point of contact for the public, MHC staff, and residents.
• Provide support across all service departments when necessary.
• Offer administrative assistance to the Registered, Deputy Registered, and leadership team.
• Prepare various documents including notes, letters, memos, emails, reports, and other required materials.
• Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to maintain positive relationships within the service.
• Participate in important meetings and help with staff recruitment processes.
• Establish and manage office systems for confidential records, filing, and word processing to ensure easy access to information.
• Perform administrative tasks to ensure regulatory compliance among MHC staff.
• Take charge of maintaining and organizing staff files and sensitive documents.
• Type reports for reviews, meeting minutes, incident reports, and other necessary documents.
• Prioritize confidentiality of all information related to service users in line with company policies.
