Job Title: Service Consultant

We are looking for a skilled Service Consultant to deliver exceptional and personalized customer service at our Glasgow Showroom. You will gain valuable insights into caring for our clients' cherished pieces and upholding the Laings philosophy of aftercare. At Laings, the purchase of a precious piece marks just the beginning of its journey. We ensure our customers receive luxurious service throughout the lifetime of each piece, maintaining its beauty and longevity.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide consistently high-quality customer service to all clients.
  • Enhance awareness of our Services division, engage with new clients, and educate existing clients on our repair and bespoke quality servicing processes.
  • Promote the traditional skills of our workshops, such as jewellery design and watchmaking, showcasing our company's craftsmanship.
  • Resolve customer issues, manage inquiries, and requests related to repairs and product services.
  • Receive training to become an expert in advising on the care of precious stones and watches, empowering you to assist both colleagues and customers.
  • Maintain accurate administration of our internal database system to streamline our services and repairs process.

Our in-store Luxury Service Consultants in Glasgow work 5 days a week for 37.5 hours.
