Sales & Marketing Coordinator – Entry Level

Iluvatar Sales Agency Inc. is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in Toronto as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator at an entry level.

We are a rapidly growing sales company with a focus on the Canadian Market. The ideal candidate will be passionate and driven, assisting in coordinating sales and managing our Sales teams in expanding territories, particularly our ongoing NASCAR campaign.

This role is Sales focused, requiring applicants with a genuine interest in the field. Paid training is provided to ensure success; however, individual performance plays a significant role in determining success.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement in-field marketing and promotional campaigns for clients
• Manage event promotions, public relations, and merchandising
• Acquire clients through brand consulting and direct sales
• Coordinate event schedules and territory assignments

Requirements:

• Willingness to learn basic sales and marketing skills
• Outgoing and fun personality
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Goal-oriented with excellent time management skills
• Holder of a G2/G Licensed driver with a personal vehicle (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: $700.00 - $1,200.00 per week

Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday, Weekends may be required

Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay, Commission pay, Retention bonus

Ability to commute/relocate: Must reliably commute to London, ON or plan relocation before employment

Experience: 1 year sales experience preferred

Licence/Certification: G2 or Full G Driving License required
