Sales Coordinator
Overview: As a Sales Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of managing customer inquiries, providing support to the sales team, and ensuring smooth sales operations. Your responsibilities will include handling administrative duties, updating internal systems, and creating proposals while maintaining effective communication with clients and colleagues.
Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
- Manage customer inquiries and qualify leads.
- Engage with clients using prescribed scripts.
- Prepare Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposal (RFP) using templates.
Internal Operations:
- Handle administrative tasks and coordinate the entire sales process.
- Keep Salesforce database updated and generate regular reports.
- Conduct research on potential clients and competitors.
- Participate in sales calls, take notes, and draft proposals as per templates.
- Follow up with clients post proposal submission and update Salesforce accordingly.
- Assist the sales team in day-to-day activities to achieve targets.
- Communicate valuable customer feedback internally.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of product inventory, features, and technical details to address client queries.
- Promote company products during trade shows or events for potential clients.
Learning & Development:
- Stay updated on industry trends through educational initiatives and publications.
- Support organizational objectives by taking ownership of new tasks and challenges.
- Enhance product knowledge to showcase offerings to potential clients.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of sales experience in the UAE, preferably in HR/Payroll sector.
- Familiarity with Monday.com CRM for sales process optimization (Knowledge of ERP software is a plus).
- Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing sales targets.
- Proficient in negotiation and closing deals.
- Preferably fluent in Tagalog.

Compensation: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
