By successfully completing this apprenticeship, you will attain an accredited Level 3 apprenticeship in Multi-Channel Marketing which will be fully funded.

Qualifications & Skills

- Requirements:

· 5 GCSE’s grade 5 and above. (including Maths and English)

· Minimum 3 x A Level’s grade A*-C

· (A Level can include BTEC or equivalent)

- Key Skills:

· Attention to detail

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

· Proactive and creative approach

· Ambitious and driven towards success

· Experience or interest in social media and marketing

· Office-based customer service and/or office experience

Job Overview

In this role, you will be involved in three main components, each with its unique set of responsibilities.

Part A: Customer Service Support

- Key Tasks:

· Data entry duties within the Customer Service team

· Covering tasks during holiday periods:

· Scheduling

· Reviewing job cards

· Communicating with engineers, clients, and residents

· Pricing

Part B: Administrative Support

- Responsibilities during holiday covers:

· Invoicing

· Managing the client portal

· Ensuring data integrity in Sim Pro

· Handling inbound sales calls and converting them into sales

· Generating invoices and processing payments

· Scheduling jobs and following up on customer feedback

Part C: Sales and Marketing Support

- Key Responsibilities:

· Managing the Private Residential Business Strategy, which includes:

· Providing administrative support

· Monitoring outcomes

· Exposure to SEO and PPC campaigns

· Creating a strong social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X)

· Compiling weekly KPI and activity reports
