Safety Advisor - NCSO

Job Description

Join our team at HSE Integrated as an NCSO/Safety Advisor for an upcoming project. Your role will involve fostering a positive safety culture and ensuring a safe work environment.

• Project Location: Camp south of Fort McMurray
• Start Date / Duration: August 5th to September 20th (47 days)
• Rotation: Flexible, tailored shifts
• Shifts: Day and night shifts
• Onboarding/Travel: Transport arranged between Edmonton and Fort McMurray

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting OH&S orientations
• Performing field inspections and audits
• Assisting in hazard assessments and planning
• Leading safety meetings with work crews
• Contributing to incident investigations
• Providing reports for clients
• Ensuring compliance with OH&S regulations
• Guiding and mentoring employees
• Compiling data and reports
• Staying updated on regulations

Client-specific designations may be required, such as NCSO certification from Alberta Construction Safety Association. Both new and experienced NCSOs are welcome.

This is a full-time, fixed-term contract position lasting 47 days with various shift schedules including weekends if required. Overtime pay available. NCSO certification is a must.
