Responsibilities:

• Supporting and maintaining administrative services for student safeguarding files while ensuring confidentiality.
• Handling routine correspondence and inquiries from students, parents, external agencies, and college staff, directing them to the appropriate personnel following college protocols.
• Overseeing the fitness to study and disciplinary process, managing associated documentation and ensuring distribution to students and guardians of minors.
• Managing student record system information and other administrative databases efficiently.

Requirements:

• At least two years of experience in an administrative capacity.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a background in customer service.
• Demonstrated success in collaborating with internal team members and external partners.
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Educational Qualifications:

• Minimum of GCSE Grade 4/C in English & Maths or an equivalent qualification.
