We are looking for a skilled Mechanic to join our team specializing in Roadside Assistance. Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize your diagnostic expertise to effectively communicate and reassure customers about their vehicle issues

- Work autonomously and collaboratively, traveling to various locations in all types of weather conditions

- Apply your technical knowledge to troubleshoot and solve a range of mechanical problems, either on-site or by arranging vehicle recovery

Requirements:

- NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience

- Valid category B driving license with 6 points or fewer

- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
