  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff
  • Manage payment authorizations
  • Coordinate merchandise orders and returns
  • Develop work schedules
  • Participate in merchandise sales
  • Generate reports on sales, merchandise, and personnel
  • Address various issues including customer requests and complaints
  • Organize and monitor inventory
  • Oversee workers' activities

    • Technological Proficiency

  • Proficient in Point of Sale (POS) systems

    • Support for Newcomers

  • Assist with settlement needs of newcomers and refugees
  • Recruit individuals displaced by conflicts or disasters
  • Help with foreign credential recognition
