We are in search of a Regional Property Surveyor to oversee our operational estate in Scotland, Cumbria, and the North-East of England. As a member of a three-person team, the role will assist the Building Services Manager in the management, enhancement, and provision of surveying and expert property-related services across the nationwide occupational property portfolio.

This position allows for remote work with extensive travel within the region, with occasional overnight stays as required. A company vehicle or car allowance will be part of the compensation package.

Suitable candidates should possess experience in managing building maintenance, diagnosing and resolving defects, along with project management proficiency; holding an MRICS certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
