Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, providing information about hotel facilities, and enhancing the overall guest experience.

Your Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a friendly smile
• Efficiently handle guest check-ins and check-outs
• Deliver top-notch hospitality services
• Promote room upgrades and other amenities
• Inform guests about hotel facilities and offer assistance as needed
