About the Position

We are seeking a Receptionist to join our expanding team! This role necessitates your presence in the office five days a week, Monday to Friday, at our Edmonton office location.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and emails by providing necessary information.

  • Welcome visitors at the reception and notify appropriate personnel of their arrival.

  • Maintain and update telephone directories.

  • Ensure the reception area and nearby meeting rooms are well-maintained.

  • Manage document scanning for electronic correspondence.

  • Assist in mailroom tasks and support Administrative Assistants when required.

  • Perform other assigned duties.



Qualifications:

  • College diploma or equivalent education and experience

  • Minimum of one year in administrative or corporate customer service roles

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and interpersonal skills

  • Eligibility to work in Canada is required
