Qualifications for Success:

• Demonstrate exceptional Customer Service Skills - the ability to surpass expectations for every guest, every time
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills—act as a key point of contact for emails, phone calls, service queues, and team support
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, exhibiting outstanding time-management and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with visual merchandising and product inventory is a plus!
• Previous experience in a salon, barbershop, or spa is a bonus
