• Active Secondary Property Listings & Client Database
• Evidence of prior Sales Success
• RERA ID (Desirable)
• Proficiency in the Secondary Property Market within the UAE
• Demonstrated background in real estate or sales is advantageous
• Exceptional communication and negotiation proficiencies
• Outstanding interpersonal abilities and a customer-centric approach
• Adept at working autonomously and collaboratively in a team setting
• Familiarity with local property market trends and regulatory guidelines
• Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages like Arabic, Russian, Hindu, and Mandarin is beneficial
