Your Role: We are looking for a dynamic individual with a sharp eye for profitable property investments. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and developing properties at Brentor Property Group. This role requires a combination of property investment knowledge, sales expertise, and the ability to build and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales: Utilize your sales background to present yourself professionally and drive results.
• Prospecting and Research: Identify potential investment opportunities through research and networking.
• Property Analysis: Evaluate properties considering market trends and financial viability.
• Negotiation: Secure favorable terms for property deals through effective negotiation.
• Due Diligence: Conduct thorough assessments on potential property acquisitions.
• Relationship Building: Expand our network by fostering relationships with industry contacts.
• Market Insight: Stay informed about local property market trends and opportunities.
• Conveyancing Management: Collaborate with partners to oversee project conveyancing.

Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience in property sourcing or real estate investment, sales experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, an analytical mindset, and be results-driven with excellent networking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Work Location: In-person at our Brockenhurst office with property viewings and meetings

Contract: 3-month rolling contract, transitioning to permanent after 6 months

Expected Start Date: 01/10/2024

Pay: From £24,000.00 per year
