Print Finishing / Customer Service

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Print Finishing/Customer Service personnel at a bustling printing & marketing franchise. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, offering a competitive hourly rate of $19-20 depending on experience.

Your responsibilities will include executing print bindery operations such as cutting, folding, padding, and packaging. Additionally, you will undergo training in garment decoration and mailing services. Proficiency in our systems and management software is essential as you will be engaging with customers to process orders. Strong communication skills and computer literacy are a must. Prior experience in print and bindery operations is a plus.

Primary methods of communication will be through email, phone, and face-to-face interactions. The role is based in an office setting at a single location and does not involve remote work. This is a full-time role with an expected 40 hours per week. We offer benefits including 401(k) and flexible schedule options.
