In this role, you will be tasked with establishing weekly schedules for our engineering teams and contractors, based on location and skill set. Your duties will involve organizing documents, communicating with colleagues and clients, and ensuring project readiness before work begins by reviewing and issuing utilities plans, statistics, and permits.

Proactive collaboration with clients, industry partners, and internal departments is essential to identify and resolve any potential obstacles to successful project delivery.
