Your role as a Patient Service Specialist at FYidoctors is pivotal in delivering exceptional service to our patients. You will be responsible for retail and repair of eyewear products as well as post-care services. Join us in promoting eye health and enriching the lives of our patients in a vibrant and fulfilling setting.
This is a full-time, permanent position requiring 30-40 hours per week from Monday to Saturday at our London - Wharncliffe location.
Your Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcoming patients upon their arrival at the clinic
- Checking patients in and out of the office efficiently
- Engaging with patients in person, over the phone, and via email communications
- Handling billing processes for patients, medical service providers, and third-party entities
- Conducting pre-testing services
- Managing appointment scheduling, prescription documentation, billing, and payment processing
- Upholding exceptional customer service standards through your interpersonal skills and creative problem-solving abilities
Qualifications:
- Preferably possess customer-oriented experience, particularly in a retail setting
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using technology and computers, with strong skills in MS Office Suite
- Professional, welcoming demeanor with a passion for engaging with individuals
