Patient Call Center Representative

Chicago Cardiology Institute is a vibrant Cardiology/ Electrophysiology practice with locations in Schaumburg and Oak-Park, committed to providing top-tier patient care and expanding services for our patients' well-being. This position is available in either Schaumburg or Oak Park.

We are in search of Patient Call Center Representatives who can deliver exceptional customer service to our patients with professionalism and empathy.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Responding to phone calls, managing appointments, and directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
• Performing data entry, patient follow-up, and general clerical tasks.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting is vital.

Requirements:

• Essential qualities include excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette.
• Experience with EMR systems is advantageous.
• Familiarity with various insurance providers is a plus.

The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, proficient in handling a high workload accurately and efficiently in a dynamic environment, demonstrating compassion, patience, positivity, and a friendly demeanor. Strong computer skills are necessary.

This is a full-time role. Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, Polish, and/or Spanish is a bonus.

Job Type: Full-time

Remuneration: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
