Job Description


Assist the Access to Records Team with general administration tasks, including locating and retrieving medical records.

Track case notes through the Patient Management System to ensure timely delivery to the access to records team.

Communicate efficiently with Medical Secretaries and staff at various sites via phone and in person.

Ensure case notes are always in the right place at the right time, meeting strict deadlines.

Utilize the Patient Management System extensively to retrieve case notes from different locations within the UHB.

Collect case notes from Medical Secretaries located in Ward Blocks A, B, and C.

Retrieve clinical case notes from Health Records Libraries as needed.

Search for the last clinic letter with Medical Secretaries if clinical case notes are not found promptly.

Proficiency in Welsh is advantageous for this role; applications are welcome from English and/or Welsh speakers.
