PARTS MANAGER

Job Description

We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Parts Manager to join our team. As the Parts Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our parts department, managing inventory efficiently, and ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction through streamlined order processing and exceptional service.

Key Requirements:

• Must have CDK Experience
• Preference given to candidates with German/European brand experience, particularly VW and Audi
• Minimum of two years of management experience

In this role, you will serve as the Parts Department Manager for Volkswagen, acting as a subject matter expert in delivering outstanding customer support to retail, technicians, Bodyshop, and wholesale customers. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Setting and reviewing internal business plans and targets
• Participating in annual business plan reviews with VW
• Developing and implementing a department strategy for operational improvement and growth
• Expanding business reach and sales in the wholesale sector
• Managing physical parts inventory, security, and invoicing procedures
• Planning and executing marketing initiatives for parts, accessories, and wholesale segments
• Leading the development of seasonal tire strategies
• Supervising store merchandising and ensuring brand loyalty and purchase objectives are met
• Managing staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Oversight of daily warranty policies and procedures
• Handling customer relations, complaints, and escalations

In addition to your regular duties, you will oversee parts destruction processes, core disposition, invoicing, cash transactions, warranty parts management, and adherence to VW Policies and Procedures.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $75,000.00 per year

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Day shift, Monday to Friday, Weekends as required
Experience: 1 year of parts management preferred
