We are seeking an Associate to ensure customer satisfaction by offering information on pet products and services, as well as managing point-of-sale transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Assist with inventory stocking and merchandising
• Support Ren's team to uphold a culture of excellent customer service
• Assist customers on the sales floor, telephone, and at the registers
• Engage in continuous personal learning and development
• Adhere to store schedule and communicate any changes to managers
• Embrace Ren’s vision of delivering the best customer experience
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
• Ability to understand and meet customer needs
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Willingness to educate oneself on products and services
• Capability to lift and move up to 50lbs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Minimum Requirements:

• Flexibility to work varied schedules including holidays, evenings, and weekends
• Physical ability to move and perform tasks in a dynamic retail store environment

• 4-hour shifts
• 8-hour shifts
