Part Time Autism Support Workers Bank Staff

We are seeking individuals with experience in handling challenging behaviors and a strong commitment to person-centered care.

Responsibilities for the role include:

• Empowering service users to make decisions
• Assisting with travel training
• Contributing creative ideas for personalized activities
• Collaborating effectively within a team to exchange insights and enhance skills

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of prior experience working with individuals on the autistic spectrum, along with the ability to provide two references reflecting this background. Candidates must also be over 18 years of age.

Experience in mental health support and a health and social care certification would be advantageous.

We have various part-time opportunities available in Nottinghamshire with flexible hours. Assignments will be based on your schedule and location, operating on a zero-hour contract.
