Looking for an Office Assistant!

We have a vibrant team culture at Beyond Green Solutions and are seeking a detail-oriented and team-spirited Office Assistant to join us. This is a flexible part-time role, requiring 10-20 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8 am to 5 pm.

You will play a crucial role as our Office Assistant, responsible for formatting client information accurately and assisting the team with various administrative tasks. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy working in a collaborative environment, and have a knack for organization, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input client and consumer data into databases from various sources
  • Review data for accuracy and report any anomalies
  • Ensure completeness of information provided by clients
  • Scan and upload documents for data entry
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Adhere to privacy regulations
  • Organize paperwork and maintain records

Requirements:

  • Prior office experience
  • Familiarity with data entry software
  • Knowledge of privacy regulations like HIPAA
  • Ability to work efficiently under deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and databases
  • High school diploma preferred
