Job Description

Overview:

We are currently looking for a talented and adaptable Multi Trader to join our team. The successful candidate will be tasked with a diverse range of construction and renovation assignments, including but not limited to:

• Roofing
• Brickwork
• General construction services
• Installing patios and paths
• Repointing
• Repairing and installing soffits and fascias
• Various other renovation and maintenance duties

As a Multi Trader, you will collaborate closely with our experienced team to deliver top-notch workmanship on various projects. The ideal candidate should have a wide skill set and be proficient in handling different tasks across various trades, ensuring efficient and high-standard project completion.

While expertise in the mentioned areas is crucial, we value a learning mindset and do not expect mastery in all of them.

Potential Responsibilities:

• Perform tasks related to roofing, bricklaying, repointing, patios, and soffit/fascia work
• Assist in general construction and renovation tasks as required
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in all work undertaken
• Work effectively as part of a team and occasionally independently to meet project deadlines
• Show willingness to acquire new skills and knowledge, expanding expertise in other construction and renovation areas
• Maintain a clean and well-organized work environment consistently

Requirements:

• Experience in multiple trades, especially in roofing, brickwork, and general construction services
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Keen eye for detail and dedication to delivering high-quality work
• Openness to learning and mastering new skills across different renovation aspects
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Valid UK driving license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £17.50-£20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

• Bonus scheme

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts
• Monday to Friday

• Driving: 3 years (required)
• Multi Trader: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving License (required)
