RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to calls promptly and professionally.
• Engage with patients, addressing all inquiries and issues with care and consideration.
• Ensure accurate routing of calls to the appropriate departments.
• Manage patient appointment scheduling.
• Verify and collect patient demographic details like name, address, date of birth, and insurance information.
• Contact patients to confirm or reschedule appointments.
