The Marketing Administrator plays a pivotal role in supporting Viridian's growth. As a key member of the marketing team, you will collaborate across departments to ensure the successful launch of new products and campaigns. Your responsibilities will range from coordinating details for product launches to engaging with retailers and managing event logistics, all while maintaining meticulous records and monitoring progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary contact for marketing team inquiries via email and phone.
  • Coordinate with retailers, sales teams, and other departments to ensure effective communication and updates.
  • Assist with new product launches, campaign management, and maintaining progress trackers.
  • Manage product information dissemination to retailers.
  • Collaborate with design teams to fulfill bespoke store requests and maintain comprehensive records.
  • Support charity donation initiatives, maintain records, and research charity nominations.
  • Assist in company events and trade shows, including event attendance.
  • Monitor promotional items, ensuring ethical and quality standards are met.
  • Create precise design briefs for the design team.
  • Assist with social media tasks as needed.
  • Conduct website updates and compile monthly market data reports.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should:

  • Have over 3 years of office experience.
  • Possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excel at project management and time management.
  • Have strong communication skills and a can-do attitude.
  • Embrace the opportunity to contribute to people's health and well-being.
  • Be available to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm at our HQ in Daventry.
