Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of washers, sorters, folders, and general laborers.

- Ensure smooth factory operation and exceptional customer service.

- Handle payroll, planning, and inventory management.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the facility.

- Implement strategies to boost productivity.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in factory personnel management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to provide outstanding customer service.

- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

Job Type: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $39,000.00 to $40,560.00 per year
