Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill the position of Manager and Receptionist. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management and Receptionist/Customer service. Additionally, candidates must possess strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as a good knowledge of Instagram and Facebook. A social and approachable personality is a must, along with a solid understanding of customer service principles. Responsibilities will include handling a range of tasks such as answering calls, greeting clients, booking appointments, managing inventory, overseeing warehouse expenses, scheduling, managing employee shifts, and coordinating warehouse maintenance activities.
