Property Maintenance Technician
We are looking for a dedicated Property Maintenance Technician to oversee the upkeep of residential properties. In this role, you will be responsible for preventive, corrective, and renovation maintenance tasks as assigned. You will report to the Maintenance Manager(s) and receive guidance from the maintenance field supervisor.
Your responsibilities will include cleaning, repairing, and maintaining various components of the facilities. Tasks may range from lifting heavy objects to performing specialty maintenance like plumbing, flooring, and carpentry work. This position requires flexibility and the ability to work on different sites throughout the greater Seattle area.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 7 AM and 5 PM.
Salary: Starting at $25 per hour

Responsibilities & Duties
- Complete assigned maintenance tasks efficiently as directed by the maintenance manager(s) or field supervisor. Maintain organized and clean work areas and storage spaces. Communicate effectively with the maintenance team to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with grounds maintenance all year round and follow instructions from the supervisors. Have reliable transportation to travel between different sites.
- Collaborate with other maintenance personnel when necessary. Stay adaptable to handle emergencies and changing priorities.
- Keep a written and verbal record of work, communicate with supervisors, and update program staff on project statuses as needed.
- Promote teamwork and a positive attitude within the organization. Adhere to policies and procedures, and represent the company professionally.
- Attend maintenance department meetings and maintain proper documentation of work, expenses, and time.
- Cooperate with colleagues and offer constructive solutions. Maintain confidentiality and stay open to feedback.
- Demonstrate basic to intermediate maintenance and repair skills.
