Job Description


Action Contents & Moving is a leading company specializing in content management for insurance claims and restoration services. They are experiencing rapid growth and are currently in search of a seasoned Logistics/Project Coordinator (Restoration Projects) to join their dynamic team in Richmond.

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated coordinator to assist in content management and restoration projects. The perfect candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, administrative expertise, meticulous attention to detail, outstanding customer service, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced setting. Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, and scheduling is highly desirable.

Hours: Onsite, Monday-Friday (additional hours may be required based on business demands)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the daily coordination of over 40 field technicians to ensure timely project completion.
  • Communicate with clients to provide progress updates and address any issues.
  • Collaborate with field teams to ensure accurate and efficient content management.
  • Maintain comprehensive inventory records, including photos and condition reports.
  • Prepare and submit documentation for insurance claims.
  • Generate and distribute progress reports to clients and management.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the restoration process.
  • Coordinate with insurance adjusters, contractors, and other vendors.
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings with clients and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation and posting of job advertisements.
  • Review resumes and applications for various positions.
  • Support the recruitment team with administrative duties and candidate communication.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, manage inquiries, and resolve issues effectively.
  • Conduct follow-up calls with clients to gather feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Promote and uphold a safe working environment.
  • Undertake any other assigned tasks to reinforce company operations.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College diploma in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in scheduling and logistics would be advantageous.
  • Preferred background in dispatch operations.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy level.
  • Aptitude to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and processes efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours, when necessary.
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada.
