Discover Your Role:

We are seeking a meticulous individual to oversee aircraft load planning to ensure safety and efficiency standards are met. Your responsibilities will include generating Weight and Balance documentation for WestJet and contracted airline flights.

Key Responsibilities:

Tasks include compiling and monitoring load information such as baggage and cargo weights, fuel uplift, crew complement, passenger numbers, and service weight adjustments. You will also be responsible for optimizing load distribution within the aircraft hold, adhering to weight limitations, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Experience & Qualifications Required:

• Minimum 1 year of airport or operations experience, preferably in ground handling
• Holder of a Restricted Operator Certificate with Aeronautical Qualification (ROC-A) radio license
• Proficiency in Sabre Applications and MS Office
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  
• Strong math skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work 24/7 shifts up to 12 hours in duration
• Successful completion of background and drug screening checks
