We are looking for a dedicated Leasing Agent to join our team at Royal York Property Management, a leading property management and leasing company in Ontario with a vast portfolio of properties. As a Leasing Agent, your role will involve conducting property showings, assisting with the leasing process, and ensuring occupancy and rental targets are met. Your contributions will play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships between property owners and tenants, as well as upholding the company's professional image. Excellent communication, multitasking abilities, and local rental market knowledge are essential for success in this role.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting property tours for potential tenants
• Effectively communicating with prospects and addressing inquiries promptly
• Following up on tenant leads
• Collaborating with the property management team on maintenance issues
• Evaluating property market prices for leasing
• Achieving and exceeding rental targets and key performance indicators
• Maintaining a positive office atmosphere and professional representation of the company
• Coordinating property leasing with various company departments
• Supporting team efforts as required

To succeed in this role, you need:

• A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
• Exceptional sales, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• No real estate experience required but an understanding of industry practices is beneficial
• An iPhone 12 or newer

Compensation and benefits:
