This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $33,702.49 - $58,324.65 per year. In addition, you will receive benefits such as paid time off and bonus pay. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts as needed. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in IT support, and possession of a CompTIA A+ certification is preferred. The work location is a hybrid remote setup in Ottawa, ON K1Y 2C1.
