Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and onboarding exceptional IT professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Seeking Talent: Utilize diverse recruitment strategies such as job portals, social platforms, and networking events to attract top IT talent.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and evaluate candidates' technical prowess and cultural compatibility with precision.
  • Interview Coordination: Efficiently schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a seamless communication process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to comprehend their needs, job specifications, and team dynamics, providing valuable insights and updates throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Candidate Experience: Offer a supportive and respectful experience to candidates, guiding them from initial contact to final offer discussions.
  • Database Maintenance: Maintain a well-organized applicant tracking system, keeping track of candidate details, interview feedback, and recruitment progress in compliance with established procedures.
  • Market Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends, salary standards, and emerging technologies to effectively address the evolving needs of the IT sector.
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to amplify our employer brand and showcase our unique company culture to attract top-tier talent.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of IT recruitment experience, preferably in a dynamic and technology-centric environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Understanding of IT roles and technologies such as software development, systems engineering, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
  • Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, adept at relationship-building, and proficient in managing multiple tasks concurrently. Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Attributes: Proactive, goal-oriented, and impeccably organized. Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

Type: Full-time

Remuneration: Rs20,000.00 per month
