We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join the central team at Astrea, part of our Multi Academy Trust.
We are currently looking for an HR Advisor to deliver exceptional advisory services to our South Yorkshire Academies. If you have a strong passion for HR Advisory work and aspire to make a significant impact in enriching children's lives within our academies, we want to hear from you!
This role is part-time, requiring 3 days a week commitment (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday), all year round. Your responsibilities will involve providing top-notch support to the Principals and Operational teams at the academies, as well as working at our Sheffield Head Office, the Quadrant.

In this position, you will report to the HR Manager Advisory and Partnering, working closely with a team of HR advisors located in South Yorkshire and Cambridgeshire.
Our goal is to achieve excellence in our schools by supporting Principals and Operations Managers in cultivating environments where our staff can flourish and progress.
